Suspension of Shrivari Brundavanam activities

RERA decision following multiple complaints
Following multiple complaints from buyers, Telangana RERA has suspended all activities related to the Shrivari Brundavanam project located in Padmashree Hills, Gandipet Mandal, within the Bandlaguda Jagir Municipality limits. The project was undertaken by Shrivari Constructions, owned by P. Umadevi. The company had an agreement with the landowners to develop 80 flats on a 50:50 profit-sharing basis.
According to the sales agreement, the project was to be handed over between February 2023 and May 2024. Despite buyers having paid the full amount, the builder failed to complete construction on time and deliver the flats as promised. Consequently, the buyers approached RERA, which issued orders on the 23rd of last month.
