In this transaction, she paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 and a stamp duty of Rs 35.01 lakhs. The property was purchased from Aishwarya Property & Estates, owned by Anand Kamal Nayan and Roop Anand Pandit. Anand Pandit is a well-known film producer, distributor, and real estate developer.
