Suchir India has launched a new project called ‘The Tales of Greeks’ in Satamrai near Shamshabad. It plans to develop a total of 6 lakh square feet of space. Of these, a total of 398 residential plots priced at around Rs 45 lakh per plot.
The project will be completed and handed over to the buyers in November 2023. The company has announced that ‘The Tales of Greeks’ has received an IGBC Platinum rating. Gizapolis near Kottur on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Highway and Aryavartanagari near Alwal, are also being executed by the company.
