After Mumbai, Hyderabad is the only city in India that offers luxury skyscraper flats to billionaires. These skyward structures are being constructed in areas like Raidurg, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Kokapet, Narsingi and surrounding areas. The height of these skyscrapers range from a remarkable 32 floors to a maximum of 57 floors. If all goes well, all these projects are likely to be completed by 2028. Here are the details of some of the many skyscrapers being built in the city.
A company named SAS Crown is constructing a 57-storey skyscraper on 4.5 acres in Kokapet. The total number of flats in this is around 237. The flat sizes range from 6,564 sft to 8,811 sft. The company is planning to complete the construction in 2027.
Leading construction company Poulomi Estates is constructing a 55-storey project called Poulomi Palazzo in Kokapet on about 2.3 acres. A total of 145 flats are being constructed with the flat sizes ranging between 6,225 sft to 8,100 sft. Poulomi is ramping up the construction work to complete the project by 2026.
SAS Infra is building 418 flats in Nanakramguda on about six acres, titled SAS Downtown. The height of this project is 54 floors, with flat area of 2,175 sq.ft to 4,025 sq.ft. The company says that this RERA-approved project will be completed by 2026.
Bengaluru-based Candeur has launched a 50-storey skyscraper, Candeur Crescent, on 5.5 acres in Serilingampally. The project has a total 1,230 flats with an area of 1,601 sq.ft to 2,656 sq.ft. The company is expected to handover flats by December 2025.
My Home Group, a company which specializes in skyscrapers, is constructing a 45-storey project called My Home Nishada in Kokapet. A total 1,398 flats are being built in about 16.68 acres. The area of the flats ranges from 3,534 sft to 4,617 sft. It is reported that the company is planning to complete this project by June 2026.
The project Raghava HRI Capital 45 is being jointly undertaken by Raghava and Hallmark Constructions at Nanakramguda. Only 90 flats will come up in this project taken up on 1.9 acres. The project with a height of 45 floors, is likely to be completed in 2027.
Raghava Group is also constructing a 45-storey project called Raghava Iris in Raidurg on 7.38 acres. The number of flats in this skyscraper is 520. Each flat is built in an area of 5,425 sft to 6,600 sft. The project will be delivered by 2028.
DSR, a quality construction company, has launched a new 45-storey project called DSR Skymark on 3.6 acres in Nanakramguda. The total number of flats will be around 328. The company will handover the structure in 2028.
DSR has also launched a 44-storeyed Twin Towers project which will have probably India’s largest sized flats in Hyderabad. Being constructed on three acres in Nanakramguda, each flat will be spread over an area of approximately 15,999 sft (Yes, you saw it right). The total number of flats is only 85 i.e. just two flats per floor.
Alekhya, a company that undertakes constructions to blend in with nature, has launched a 32- storey project called Alekhya Rise in Kokapet. A total 512 flats are being constructed in about 7.68 acres, with flat sizes between 3,500 sft to 6,200 sft. The HMDA and RERA approved skyscraper is expected to be completed in 2028.
