- KUDA chairman warns realtors
The Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) Chairman, Mr Sundar Raj, has warned the realtors against development of non-layout ventures. On learning that some unscrupulous realtors have been developing ventures without layout approvals in Pandhani and Punnel villages of Inavolu mandal of Warangal district, he deputed the officials concerned over there. They confirmed that realtors Lokesh and Sagar Reddy have developed non-layout ventures in six acres under Survey NO. 26 of Pandhani village. They served notices on them and demolished the fencing erected around the layout. Similarly, they removed fencing around 80 guntas of land under Survey No. 583 in Punnel village and around two acres in Survey No. 81. They also served notices on the land owners.
If anyone develops ventures in violation of the rules, the Chairman asked the people to bring to his notice. He also appealed to the people against buying plots in such unauthorised ventures to save themselves from the trouble of taking lot of pains to secure approvals for house building and for development of other amenities. However, he appealed to the realtors to join hands with KUDA to develop ventures under public private partnership.
