We don’t think it’s negative for us to get all these inside scoops for our real estate audiences, only so we know because it’s embedded in our nature that we want to know what’s happening with our favourite celebrity. In a candid chat with the Telugu actor, we learnt how he’s keeping himself busy with him upcoming house in his birth-town and managed to fetch some deets from him for our exclusive readers.
“My first very home was in Srinagar Colony, close to Madhapur. It was a really popular residential area! And now, higher valued flats are increasing there as per my information. But, owing to our financial constraints — my family was always on a move. At the moment, i am living in the most modern flat i could have dreamt of! I am closer to buying my own home also now.” Curious to know about it more, we indulged and learnt, “I am going to go minimalistic any day — i don’t want the clutter problem. My energies will be coming from the new home in future, so I don’t want too many items weighing it down. I am working hard on building it, so it make me feel good at the end of the day. Going minimalistic is an entire lifestyle change!”
Yes, he’s having all the resources, so let’s dive deep into how’s the actor going to decorate his new home? He begins, “I am getting a flat, the gigantic lawn was the one that cracked the deal for me. Each possession in the new house will be for a reason! Instead of leading a lavish life, i would rather take the purposeful route. If you live with fewer items in your home, you will spend less time cleaning and organizing, logic right?” Not scared to do what his hearts wants him to manifest, he goes on, “I was on outdoor schedule for a really long time, haven’t been home much. I am a very restless man, so you’ll see me wandering in every room in my home. And then, i hardly stay at home if not shooting. I workout, i train myself in dance and i have kick-boxing classes to attend. Nonetheless, i love binge-watching series these days, so you’ll find me the most in my living room!”
Pulling his leg a little bit, we asked him to disclose where across the world would he like to build another dream home, and he says, “I have really fond memories from Coonoor. Between the blue hills and tea plantations on it’s slope, who would not want to build a dream home there? I was there for forty days to shoot a Nandini Reddy film and it was a serene place to wake up. It’s even less crowded there. Everything was feeling very unreal to me there. The other option is Switzerland! Although the house pricings are dramatically high there and the Swiss mortgages can fluster anyone but what a place, man! People call it a paradise on earth and it’s no exaggeration. Chalet like homes are more popular there.”
Not making up anything, the actor confirms, “You’ll see a lot of in the new home. It will be less stressful. Will only keep the items that are truly essential and meaningful to me. I don’t have a lot of Tollywood celebrity friends, doesn’t mean I am a loner (he laughs) but it’s my childhood friend’s home that endures me to the core. His name is Abhijeet and his house has so much of space — it’s calming to see and be there.”
