The Sensation Infracon has come out with such an offer as part of its pre-launch of the real estate project in financial district. Bhavishya Gupta of Sensation Insomnia theatre announced the offer. The Sensation Infracon is going to build 1928 studio-cum-serviced flats in a 47-storey structure on a site area of one acre, reflecting the concept of walk-to-work.
Talking to the Real Estate Guru, the spokesman of the realtor pointed out that not a single builder had built a multi-storey structure in Hyderabad. Also, the realty group is building a shopping mall in Narsingi. The adventurous nature of the builder should be appreciated for coming out with such a large project. The investors in the project should be appreciated. As part of road-widening, the builder had to concede two acres of the land to the civic authorities. As a good will gesture, the local body permitted the realtor to execute multi-storey project. Who knows when the project gets grounded, when is it going to be completed?
