Signature Global Awards Contract to ACC India for Twin Towers DXP Construction in Gurugram
Signature Global, focused on realty projects in North India, has entrusted ACC India with the construction responsibilities of a group housing project in Sector 84, Gurugram. This project includes all towers, basements, and certain ancillary buildings, with a contract valued at Rs 320 crore for civil, structural, and MEP work. The agreement stipulates that the work should be completed within 27 months from the start date, with an additional three months for handover.
During the contract signing, Signature Global Vice Chairman Lalit Agarwal stated that this project is one of their best and will serve as a crown jewel in their portfolio. He emphasized that it is being developed on an impressive scale across four and a half acres and is the tallest in the area. Since starting their journey in 2014, they have developed projects covering 11 million square feet and have over 30,000 satisfied customers.
ACC India Managing Director Ray highlighted the significance of the collaboration with Signature Global and confirmed their readiness to complete the project on time. He noted ACC’s association with landmark projects like Lodha Developers’ World One in Mumbai, which stands 84 stories tall at 285 meters.
