Anvita Group, situated in Kolluru, has conceptualised the Ivana project with a budget of two billion rupees. Spanning across 12.9 acres, they are constructing 1850 flats. In the initial phase, they will hand over two towers by December 2024 on 3.5 acres to the beneficiaries. In the second phase, they intend to construct four towers comprising 36 apartments on 9.25 acres. As part of this, Anvita Group’s CEO Achyutarao Boppana stated they will deliver 1400 flats to buyers by 2027. They have launched the initial offer at a base price of Rs. 6,500 per square feet. Construction costs for the first phase amount to Rs. 380 crore, while the second phase is projected at Rs. 1600 crore.
In floors 1 and 34, they will construct 2-3 bedroom units spanning 1,360-2,580 square feet. The sky villas in floors 35-36, offering 4 bedrooms, will span 2,900-5,070 square feet of luxurious space. They are providing car parking spaces and facilitating registration right from the outset. Anvita Group’s director Anoop Boppana mentioned that construction is underway with Rs. 8 lakh sq feet in the initial phase and 28 lakh sq ft in the second phase.
