Rs.100 crore Luxury bungalow

A recent deal highlights the growing demand for luxury real estate in the national capital, Delhi. A bungalow in the Lutyens area was sold for a whopping Rs 100 crores.
According to registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Yashwant Singh, a member of the Rajasthan royal family, purchased a bungalow in the Pash Golf Links area of Delhi for Rs 100 crores. The property sits on a 588.97 square meter plot with a built-up area of 867.33 square meters.
The transaction was registered on the 12th of last month, with stamp duty and corporation tax amounting to Rs 7 crores. Singh bought the property from Anu Jindal, a resident of The Camellias in Gurugram.
The bungalow spans two and a half floors, including a basement, ground floor, first floor, a terrace room, and servant quarters. Property experts note that demand in Lutyens is higher than supply, which is why property prices there remain high.
