RERA has decided to train real estate agents to provide better services to home and property buyers. Maha RERA is working to train around 39,000 agents across Maharashtra. It seeks to complete the training by September. Four organizations, including NAREDCO, have been entrusted with the responsibility of training the agents. The agents are given training first and then a test is conducted. Official sources said that this training helps the agents who act as a go-between the buyers and the sellers to guide both the parties in the right direction. Moreover, it will bring more transparency in this sector.
