The AP Police Academy (APPA) is a strategic location on Central Hyderabad-West Hyderabad region. The APPA junction is just 13 km away from either Secretariat or State Legislative Assembly. The Gachibowli financial district is also located at a similar distance from the APPA junction.

RERA-approved projects in Kismatpura
- The Santasriram Constructions offers 49 villas in its Brookwoods project in the area. The villas are going to be given possession to buyers sometime this year.
- Giridhari Homes is developing the Prospera County Villa community in the locality offering 98 villas. Each of the villas has been priced at Rs 6.65 crore.
- In Kismatpur, 35 projects selling apartments are under various phases of constructions
- Gruha Silpa Saptapadi has been building 25 flats where the cost of each flat begins from Rs 93.42 lakh.
- Unnati Pride offers 10 flats’ projects. The project will be ready in 2024. One should contact the developer to know the cost of the each unit.
RERA-approved projects in Bandlaguda
According to the RERA, SMR Vinay Casa Carino is the only villa project that is coming up in Bandlaguda. The project would have 143 villas to offer to customers. It would be ready by December 2023.
- There are eight other RERA-approved projects in the locality that are under construction. Projects of the Giridhari Homes Art, Hanish Pride, GKRS Bliss 1, SMR Vinay Boulder
- Woods, Srivari Gokulam, Dundhubi Pradhama Heights and RV Akshobhya are under construction.
- These projects offer a total of 1,106 flats. These would be ready by May 2025 as per the RERA. Only 330 flats will be given possession to buyers by 2022-end. The rest of the projects are likely to be completed before the 2025 deadline.
Peeram Cheruvu Approved Projects
- In fact, six apartment complexes are under construction in the locality. They are: three towers being built by PBEL City group and projects undertaken by KT Residency, Bodhi Vruksha, Hema Durga Exotica and so on. In fact, over 1,822 RERA approved flats are available in the region for the customers.
- The PBEL City M Saffire offers 197 flats, while N Ruby offers 198 flats, Aqua Marine offers 208 flats. In fact, the PBEL City is building over 603 flats and is scheduled to hand them over to buyers by March 1, 2023.
- Kapil Group is building KT Residency project which is going to be completed by 2024. Bodhi Vruksha project would be ready by 2026, while Hema Durga Exotica would be completed in all respects around the same time, i.e. 2026.
