After we published an article on March 16 headlined “Hyderabad realty comes to a standstill,” the state government took an important decision. The government has finally given the green light to the layout and building construction permits, which were stalled under the jurisdiction of GHMC and HMDA. The state government, which stopped all the permits due to Siva Balakrishna’s issue, took a crucial decision, recognising the fact that the construction sector was paralysed as permissions were not being given. As a result, permits will now be issued for the projects that have been stalled since December.
