A realtor filed a case against the house owner, accusing him of troubling him and demanding that he pay rent time and again. The incident had not taken place in a remote village but in the heart of Hyderabad, in Madhapur.
According to the Real Estate Guru, a realtor established his real estate company office in the Kakatiya Hills of the Madhapur area of the city to develop ventures in the area. But he has allegedly not paid rent to the land lord for the past several months. The amount recoverable from the realtor would be at least Rs 14 lakh. The house owner raised a hue and cried over his tenant lodging a case against him for demanding again and again to pay the rent.
The realtor in question closed his office in the Madhapur area. However, at least two or three people are visiting the office daily and meeting the house owner. Some of the visitors allege that the realtor owed him Rs 1 crore, while others say that the realtor owed them Rs 2–3 crore.
