A 12-year veteran in real estate sector, the Primark has almost completed its project in Bahadurpally and the current status of the project is ready for occupation by the buyer. The veteran builder so far successfully executed 22 projects. Currently, it is executing three projects, including the one at Bahadurpally. It built six towers, each containing eight floors, on a five-acre site. In all, it built 416 flats in the project, described as a luxury gated community. Unit cost is very attractive in the flat. The builder has fixed the cost of sft in the project at Rs 4699.
The builder has Primark Econest project in Gundlapochampalli. It offers 410 flats in the project. Out of the 5-acre site area, one acre has been allotted for development of park there. The third project – Primark Marvel – is going to be launched in two or three months. Besides the three new projects, the builder is going to launch another project on a 14-acre site offering 1200 units to customer. This project is going to be launched in either January or February next year.
