Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh bought a quadruplex apartment in Sagar Resham premium residential tower in Bandra area of Mumbai spending Rs 119 crore, the transaction was billed as one of the costliest transactions in the country. The apartment is spread over a plinth area of 11,266 sft divided into 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the tower. The flat has a 1,300 sft special terrace.
The apartment was sold at Rs 1 lakh per sft. The flat was bought in the name of the family firm O5o Media Works LLP of which Ranveer and his father Jagjit Sunder Singh are the directors. Rs 7.13 crore has been paid towards the stamp duty for the sale transaction. The deal also includes 19 car parking slots.
