Our very own Maruti Nagar Subramaniam star, Ramya Pasupuleti, is ready to embrace condo living! The talented actress, currently riding high with a role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Viswambhara, recently shared her enthusiasm for the condo lifestyle. After making her acting debut as a child artist in Panchakshari and appearing in supporting roles in films like Hushaaru and Commitment, Ramya is excited about the prospect of relaxing on a rooftop deck and soaking in breathtaking skyline views.
“I want a condominium, man,” she exclaimed. “I don’t care if I end up renting or buying, but I’m eager to move forward with this. Honestly, I’d rather avoid the maintenance that comes with a whole house and yard. There’s a bit of anxiety tied to that. My knowledge of real estate is growing, and so am I!”
When asked whether she prefers a luxurious or minimalistic home, Ramya took a moment to ponder before responding, “Why not a mix? A touch of luxury sounds great! I believe in harmony, thoughtful design, and simplicity. I like homes that don’t overuse colour—just one striking shade can stand out beautifully. It’s all about practicality and eliminating unnecessary clutter.”
If she had an unlimited budget for her ideal home, what would she include? With a playful laugh, Ramya replied, “First and foremost, I want a separate room for my wardrobe! I envision a vanity space with pastel colours and white. I don’t want anything overwhelming. I believe in indulgence that doesn’t flaunt wealth. Even as a well-known actress, that’s not my aim.”
Ramya also shared insights from her travels: “Everyone knows I travel extensively. During my recent trip to Europe, I was inspired by their approach to condos. For them, it’s more than just luxury; it’s a lifestyle choice. The implicit opulence I observed during my time there really resonated with me.”
Reflecting on her childhood, she added, “My family lived in the same place for a long time, and all my previous homes were rentals. I’m not here to romanticize my childhood just yet; I’m learning how adulthood works and building my dreams. This is just one of them, and I’m sharing it exclusively with REG NEWS.”
Lastly, as a proud Hyderabadi, she said, “Oh, nothing beats Hyderabad! I just hope land rates decrease because this place is starting to feel like another Mumbai. I adore Tamannaah Bhatia’s house—it’s absolutely stunning!”
Ramya Pasupuleti is not just dreaming about her future; she’s actively shaping it, and we can’t wait to see where her journey takes her!
