The government is once again conducting an e-auction for Rajiv Swagruha plots in Rangareddy and Medchal districts. The Rajiv Swagruha Corporation has decided to auction a total of 167 open plots in areas including Kurmalguda, Thorrur, and Bahadurpally. The e-auction is scheduled from October 28 to 30.
- In Thorrur, 120 plots ranging from 200 to 500 sq. yards will be auctioned.
- In Kurmalguda, 29 plots ranging from 200 to 300 sq. yards will be up for auction.
- In Bahadurpally, 18 plots ranging from 200 to 1,000 sq. yards will be sold through the e-auction.
The last date for registration of plots in Kurmalguda and Bahadurpally is October 27. The e-auction for these plots will be held on October 28 in morning and afternoon sessions. Buyers of the 120 plots in Thorrur must complete registration by October 28. The e-auction will be conducted in 4 sessions over October 29 and 30.
