Bollywood actor Raj Kumar Rao recently acquired the luxury triplex flat of Janvi Kapoor, daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, in the up market Juhu area for Rs 44 crore. The transaction was billed as one of the most costly transactions in the country. The flat has a plinth area of 1.27 lakh sft.Janvi purchased the flat in December 2020. The apartment is located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the building. The flat was acquired by Raj Kumar Rao alias Raj Kumar Yadav along with his spouse Patralekha Misra Paul.
The Raj Kumar Rao couple already has had a flat in the 11th and 12th floors of the building. Janvi Kapoor was understood to have paid Rs 2.19 crore towards stamp duty at the time of buying the flat. With the acquisition of the flat, Raj Kumar Rao will get six car parking slots along with the flats. The registration of the flat was completed on July 21.
