- 1.8 million sft of space acquired
American multinational company Qualcomm has leased 1.8 million sft of office space in K Raheja Corporation’s Information Technology Park in Hyderabad. It is said to be one of the largest office lease transactions in the country. This office should be regarded as the biggest one in India, outside the USA. As per the lease agreement, total lease amount to be paid for a period of 15 years was put at Rs 3054 crore with a 15 per cent increment every three years. The Qualcomm has offices across the country including the ones at Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi. The total plinth area of Qualcomm office the Raheja Mind Space IT Park is more than one million sft. The office space is enough for over 17000 workers, including the existing work force.
