- Sells 1,125 flats in one day, sets new record
My Home Group has once again set a new benchmark in the Hyderabad construction sector and proved why the company is a leader in the market. On the first day of the inauguration of its My Home Sayuk in Tellapur, it sold 1,125 flats and continues to get new bookings. Tollywood actor Allu Arjun announced this at the project launch recently and showered praises on My Home Group for continuing its upmanship in the construction business for nearly 35 years.
Allu Arjun said that a glance at the project brochure, one could easily understand that it is the largest residential project in the city. The project will have 12 towers spread over an area of 25 acres, each with a height of 40 storeys and a clubhouse spread over more than 1 lakh sq.yards providing world-class facilities. One need not mention specifically about the construction quality of the project helmed by My Home Group.
“I have had a flat in the My Home project at Madhapur and the view from the flat reminds me of the skyline of Dubai and Singapore. Looking at these structures, I feel that the construction sector in Hyderabad has come a long way, with improved facilities and enhanced construction quality,” he said, adding that he was confident that the project would be no lesser compared to other projects.
The newest record
My Home Avatar project launched in 2016, had set a record by selling about 1,000 flats on its launching day. Now the company broke its own record again. The company said in a statement that it had sold 1,125 flats within 24 hours of the launch of My Home Sayuk. The total value of these flats could be as high as Rs 1800 crore. Speaking on the occasion, the company MD Jupally Shyam Rao said that rather than considering it as a record, he felt that it had only strengthened the confidence of buyers in the company. The first day received a better response than expected and hence, we will focus on completing this project with high quality, he added.
3,780 flats in 25.37 acres
The integrated township project of My Home Sayuk has been taken up by My Home Group in partnership with Pratima Group. The first phase of the project has been designed to be built in 25.37 acres. A total 12 towers with a G+39 structure will be constructed. Each floor will have only eight flats, with a total number of 3,780 flats. A varied 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK premium lifestyle flats will be developed over an area of 1,355 sq.ft to 2,262 sq.ft. One can easily claim it to be the largest integrated township in Hyderabad. Further, one can reach Wipro Junction, Gachibowli and the Financial Districts in just five minutes.
Shamshabad Airport too is easily accessible. My Home Sayuk is in close proximity to shopping malls, multiplex theatres, and international schools. The uniqueness of this project is that the central landscape alone is being developed on 7.5 acres. Each tower has a double height entrance lobby. The clubhouse is being developed with one lakh sq.ft space. There will be an international school next to the Sayuk project. Interestingly, two rooftop tennis courts are also being developed, apart from a temperature-controlled swimming pool for its occupants.
