Expensive lands located in strategic areas are falling into some litigation as a result of prelaunch fraudsters. The construction has not started on the respective lands, and the buyers are facing serious difficulties as they don’t know who will solve the problems. Take Kollur, for example. An international real estate company started a prelaunch business for the first time in Hyderabad. Hundreds of people invested in it. But that project did not start. Another company also collected money from around 500 buyers in the pre-launch and still has not started the project. Another realtor did the same in sales. All in all, prelaunch traders are creating problems in Hyderabad real estate and causing trouble for buyers. The Telangana RERA Authority should collect information on such projects and solve the respective problems. A report should be sent to the government on frauds in realty and the problems being faced by them. Only then will the new government be able to provide justice to the prelaunch victims. Otherwise, there is a possibility that all the frauds that happened during the previous government will fall on the Congress government.
