The Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) has said that Prof Ramanacharla Pradip Kumar of IIT-Hyderabad has been adjudged as the best concrete engineer for the year 2021, according to a press release by the ICI Chairman P Srinivas Reddy.
The IIT-Hyderabad, in a statement, said that the ICI and Ultratech Cements have jointly presented the award to Pradip Kumar at a function held at Park Hayat.
The ICI works on concrete and concrete structures. It was started on Sep 7 in 1982. The ICI has over 38 chapters, 152 student chapters and has a total of over 12,000 members.
