Credai Hyderabad President Rajasekhar Reddy revealed that in 2022, about one lakh units have been sold in Hyderabad. He said that builders are constructing flats to meet the growing demand for houses in the city. He recalled that 25,000 to 30,000 flats were sold every year. He said that with the increase in the number of projects, the sales have also increased. There has also been a change in the way of thinking of the developers. He said that at present they are selling the flats phase-wise. He made it clear that no one has postponed buying houses even because of elections. Because of the festival season, the number of people buying flats has increased, he said.
