The property has been purchased by a consortium including Bhaysham Jee Bhaysham Patel, Rasikaben Bhaysham Jee Patel, and Munjal Bhaysham Jee Lakhani.

This apartment complex, comprising 47 units, including the immense carpet area of 14,911 square feet and additionally 884 square feet, has been sold for Rs. 97.4 crores. This transaction took place on April 29th. Stamp duty of Rs. 5.8 crores has been levied. Oasis Realty, a subsidiary of Skylark Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd., sold this property. Kiran Gems is a major player in the jewelry industry. They are also considering Oberoi Three Sixty West in Mumbai as one of the most significant property purchases. This project features 4 BHK and 5 BHK units. With two towers, one tower includes the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, while the other tower houses luxurious residences. This tower, which offers views of the sea, stands at a height of 360 meters. All the apartments face west, hence the name Oberoi Three Sixty West for this project.
