- Urban League is developing 226 riverside villas on 22.5 acres in Kismatpur. It comes with four and five BHK units. They are also building a lavish clubhouse spread across 47,000 square feet.
- RV Nirmaan is developing a luxury villa community called RV Krishang in Raviryala on about 20 acres. A total of 168 villas will be developed in this area.
- The Green mark Mayfair Sunrise Villas project is being developed on 63 acres in Kollur Velimela. There are 558 units in this, and each villa will be built in an area of 3888 to 6111 square feet.
- Praneeth Company has launched Praneeth Pranav Grove Park, a luxury villa community in Gagillapur on about 71 acres. A total of 884 villas will be built here. In this project, where the construction work is going on at a fast pace, each villa will be spread across 2176 square feet to 4566 square feet. The company plans to complete the construction by next year.
- Hallmark Infracon is developing a luxury villa community called Hallmark Imperia on 20 acres in Osman Nagar. It will have 130 villas. The area of each villa will be 5255 to 5355 square feet.
For those who want to live in villas in the core area of Hyderabad, Vertex has launched Kingston Park in Nallagandla. It is developing 250 villas on about 40 acres. It has designed villas ranging from 4020 to 5725 square feet in 307, 340, and 460 yards.
