The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Vijayawada chapter has urged the Government of Andhra Pradesh to withdraw the decision to increase the prices of lands in the state from June 1. NAREDCO Vijayawada chapter president Amaranath, general secretary G Hariprasad requested the Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy to withdraw the decision. Addressing media at Vijayawada, they felt that increasing the land prices when the real estate sector is facing upheavals in the state would pose more problems to realtors, builders and the common man. Therefore, they urged the CM to come to the rescue of the real estate by withdrawing the decision.
