NAREDCO Telangana strongly supports the Bhubharati and BuildNow
NAREDCO Telangana strongly supports the Bhubharati and BuildNow applications undertaken by the government. It believes that both of these can be implemented effectively and will come forward for continuous discussions with the relevant stakeholders as part of this. NAREDCO Telangana thanked the government for implementing these. It opined that these will work to enhance investor confidence in planned urban development. It praised the creation of Bhubharati to provide more clarity, transparency and credibility to land records. It opined that it is a rebuilt and more effective version of the previous Dharani portal. It expressed the hope that it will resolve past challenges through simplified processes. It will enable legal errors to be corrected. It said that the modernized Record of Rights (ROR) system will improve public confidence in land ownership records. It is essential for developers to reduce legal risks and make safe and informed investment decisions.
Speaking on the occasion, NAREDCO Telangana President Vijaya Sai Meka said, “The Bhu Bharati program is a major step towards a transparent and efficient land administration system in Telangana. Along with this, the Build Now application will also streamline the approval of buildings and layouts. This will further facilitate the implementation of projects for developers. NAREDCO Telangana believes that this program can provide irreplaceable value to developers, investors and buyers alike. It is committed to working with the government to ensure that the real estate sector reaps the maximum benefits of such progressive reforms.”
The Build Now application has revolutionized the process of expediting the approval of building permits. This is going to be another milestone in the approval process of the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department. Soon other states will also follow this kind of building approval system. NAREDCO Telangana hopes that the Bhubharati portal will solve the problems faced by developers such as missing survey numbers, layouts showing as open lands, wrongly listing survey numbers in the prohibited list and many more.
