My Home Group has embarked on construction of another skyscraper in West-Hyderabad. Named as My Home Tridasa, the project was unveiled in Tellapur. Being constructed in an area of approximately 22.56 acres, the G+29 storeyed high-rise apartment complex will be built with nine towers. It features two-bedroom flats of 1,253 sq.ft, while 2.5 bedroom flats of 1,505 sq.ft and three-bedroom flats of 1,840 sq.ft i.e a total of 2,682 flats are under construction.
My Home Group has designed a Central Park, a mandatory attraction in all its projects. The children’s play area is also being given priority. Each tower was planned with 100 feet distance between them. The entrance lobby was designed in each tower. The construction will be taken up in about 16 per cent of the site, while the remaining 84 per cent area will be left as an open space.
Besides a 52,000 sq.ft clubhouse designed exclusively for residents of this gated community, an outdoor play court along with swimming pool, gym, jogging track, children’s play area, and carpeted greenery among others, will be made available for the residents. Indoor badminton courts, food court, spa, salon, creche, pharmacy, healthcare, squash court and other facilities are also being developed. The construction activity of the project is currently in full swing.
