My Home Group, a domestic construction giant, has launched its project in Neopolis, Kokapet. The project, which has received RERA approval, is being developed on about 16.68 acres of land. The project named My Home Nishada is being built at a height of G+44 floors with a total of about 1398 flats, whose sizes range between 3450 and 4617 square feet. The club house will be developed on more than one lakh square feet in Nishada, with eighty percent open space. The firm designed eight sky-high towers with a double-height entrance lobby.

Situated next to the Grava IT Hub, the project is being built on about 1.74 acres of land overlooking Osmansagar in a south-west direction.
