My Home Group has launched yet another new project with the title Avali in Gopanpally area of Hyderabad. Four skyscrapers are going to be built with eye-dazzling designs. On an 8.36-acre site, these high-rise buildings would have a ground floor plus 46 storeys.
The total open area of the project is going to be 81% of the site area. In all, four towers will be built. The parking facility is provided in three levels. Location wise, Gopanpally is a peaceful place. The planned developed Gopanpally area has good connectivity to the city of Hyderabad. People living in the area can reach the airport easily via the ORR. If one feels like to have a permanent address amidst malls, high-end restaurants, premium schools, and global work spaces, the Aavali project would be the right choice. The residents of the My Home Avali would be able to lead a comfortable life happily. Bookings of the flats in the project are under way.
