Affordable flats are being constructed in the areas surrounding Nagarjuna Sagar Road in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Personal homes and villas are also available. For those wishing to own a house at a lower cost, this area has become a good alternative. Several educational institutions have been established on the Sagar Road area in recent years. In proximity to the Sagar Ring Road, areas like Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Nagole, Vanasthalipuram, and Hayathnagar have all developed significantly. The LB Nagar metro station is just a short distance away, and Dilsukhnagar can be reached within 10 minutes. The Shamshabad International Airport, Gachibowli Financial District, and several IT companies are all within a 40-minute drive from here. With the road leading to Nagarjuna Sagar and the Outer Ring Road, connectivity is easily accessible for everyone.

In areas like Almasguda, Injapur, and Turkayamjal, which are slightly further from the Sagar Ring Road, a double-bedroom flat is available for Rs 50 to Rs 55 lakh. Near Bonguluru, flats are available starting from Rs 45 lakh. Independent houses range from Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1 crore. With easy access to the city’s IT hub and financial district within just 40 minutes, many middle-class people are buying homes along the Sagar Road route. Even open plots are available starting at 10,000 rupees per square yard, prompting people who wish to build houses in the future to purchase land. Real estate experts believe that the landscape of Sagar Road will change significantly in the next two to three years.
