With easy access to the city’s IT hub and financial district within just 40 minutes, many middle-class people are buying homes along the Sagar Road route. Even open plots are available starting at 10,000 rupees per square yard, prompting people who wish to build houses in the future to purchase land. Real estate experts believe that the landscape of Sagar Road will change significantly in the next two to three years.
