A major business park is going to be developed in the garden city of Bangalore during the next fiscal year with a total plinth area of over 9 million sft. Renowned developer Century Developers is going to invest Rs 3400 crore. Salient feature of the park would be to offer office space and also the residential project launches. The developer wishes to earn an annual revenue of Rs 9000 crore. The company managing director Ravindra Pai has indicated that the company has plans to set up integrated business park with a total plinth area of 7 million sft in North Bangalore during the next three to five years for the benefit of the investors in small residential projects and retail office space.
Similarly, the company has plans to launch four apartment projects and two villa projects in prime central, prime suburban locations, he said adding that the company so far delivered 4500 apartments to the customers with a total plinth area of 3 million sft to 4 million sft. Further, it developed 3500 residential house plots in 800 acres. Further, during 2024 the company targets to earn Rs 1000 crore revenue.
