The Rajasthan RERA is ahead of other RERAs in the country as far as protecting interests of the buyers is concerned. It resolved 90 per cent of the representations from the buyers, redressing their grievances. An official of the RERA said that it resolved 89.93 per cent of the 1484 representations received till Diwali this year. The official went on record stating that the state’s RERA ranked number three in the country in terms of resolving the representations.
