The CREDAI, which initially had four chapters, now boasts 15 chapters, thanks to the efforts of CII Telangana Chairman Shekhar Reddy and CREDAI National Secretary. In addition to construction activities, we are also engaged in various services as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
We have planted and maintained one lakh saplings under the Haritha Haram programme. Our activities also include blood donation camps, labour camps, ration distribution, and donations to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF). The improved law and order situation in the State has made us feel more comfortable. With the Environmental Committee’s tenure set to end by July 31, prompt action is required, said Muralikrishna Reddy, President of CREDAI Telangana, drawing attention to this matter, noting that a similar committee was absent for 18 months in 2018.
No worries with dynamic leadership in place

Special Focus on Skill Development:
“We have developed a special programme for skill development, considering the presence of nearly 300 engineering and polytechnic colleges.
Providing a 90-day training to empower the youth, will be useful. Taking inspiration from the training provided in Pune through labour cess, we need to provide skill development training to youth and promote better employment and job opportunities. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has supported us since the early days after the formation of Telangana State by issuing 10 GOs. Since then, the real estate sector has been put on the right track. I appeal to the government to withdraw GO No: 105 in the layouts. The functioning of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme has improved the market in the districts. However, there is an urgent need to complete master plans to address various issues,” expressed Ramachandra Reddy, Chairman of CREDAI Telangana.
KTR’s Efforts Contribute to the City’s Branding:
“Minister KT Rama Rao has played a crucial role in enhancing Hyderabad’s brand image, leading to significant growth in the demand for Hyderabad lands. The city is attracting 250 builders from Maharashtra to witness its development. Hyderabad has become a topic of discussion in national market and has received positive feedback from national builders who attended the NATCON conference organised by CREDAI Telangana in Israel. We take pride in the development of Telangana. There is a need to develop grid roads along the growth corridor alongside the Outer Ring Road (ORR). I am pleased to announce that our dream of having our own office for CREDAI Telangana has come true. We extend our gratitude to everyone for their contributions,” stated Gummi Ram Reddy, Secretary of CREDAI National.
Need for Instant Approval from RERA:
“Congratulations on the establishment of CREDAI Telangana’s own office. This will strengthen relationships among builders. According to the CBRE survey, Hyderabad ranks second, after Mumbai, in terms of the highest number of skyscrapers. KTR is not just a minister; he is an innovative leader working with a mission to promote Hyderabad globally and attract investments. He is striving to enhance the brand image of Hyderabad, which has resulted in IT employees and others becoming customers of the real estate sector. We used to wonder at the illuminated buildings in China in the past, but now Hyderabad boasts dazzling skyscrapers. Thank you for appointing a Nodal Officer for the construction sector in Hyderabad promptly. However, urgent measures are needed to ensure instant approvals from the Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Night connectivity in the IT corridor must also be addressed,” emphasised Shekhar Reddy, Chairman of CII Telangana.
