As if something miraculous is happening there and the entire area will be developed like Dubai overnight, the drama of selling plots in the pre-launch has started. JB Infra took another step and has announced a prelaunch offer at Mominpet. It is a terrible thing that JB Infra started this illegal sales by using the photo of Nagababu, the brother of film actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. It is not clear whether Nagababu is aware that his photo is being used for illegal sales. It is known that Nagababu is known as a good person not only in the film but also outside.
JB Infra has earlier sold layouts in acres in Ibrahimpatnam and Choutuppal. The company is raining announcements that it will develop its Mominpet venture in a similar manner and selling plots to the innocent. Despite Telangana RERA insisting that plots should not be sold in unauthorised ventures, developers like JB Infra do not care at all. In addition to this, promotional programs are being organised with movie actors. Experts say that RERA should issue notices to celebrities appearing in such advertisements related to prelaunch projects. Hence, the RERA should serve a notice to actor Nagababu for starters.
Rs 10,000 fine per plot
According to JB Infra representatives, the company has already sold more than 100 plots in Mominpet. They are confident that a large number of plots will be sold before the approval of DTCP and RERA. However, if plots are sold without RERA permission, it is known that RERA will issue approval only after imposing a fine of Rs 10,000 on each plot or 10 percent of the total project value whichever is higher.
