Janapriya Homes steals people’s heart

Janapriya – a renowned name in Hyderabad’s realty sphere needs no introduction. Its motto to offer flats at a highly affordable price brought it closer to people. Another prestigious project taken up by Janapriya is –Nile Valley project. It is coming up on a 25-acre site. In all, 10 towers are going to be built as part of the project. The total number of flats to be sold is put at 2400. All are 2BHK and 3 BHK flats. The organization promises to deliver flats in 2B block in 2023 and those in sixth block in June of 2025. The sizes of 2BHK begin from 970 sft. The maximum size that a 3BHK would have is 1615 sft. The flats are priced at Rs 60.58 lakh each. It is building over 1326 flats. The cost of each flat begins from Rs 29.56 lakh. Currently, Janapriya is handing over Block A1 flats to the buyers.
