Jagdevpur RRR Junction: The Real Estate Growth Engine

The Regional Ring Road (RRR) is set to become a new gem for the city of Hyderabad. This 347-kilometer-long green expressway, which will be constructed with four lanes, will be built in two phases. The central and state governments aim to complete the construction of the RRR within the next two to three years. As part of this project, experts predict significant real estate growth in the area surrounding the major junction to be constructed near Jagdevpur.

The massive interchanges planned in this area, which will be built to international standards, are expected to offer excellent opportunities for real estate growth. The junction near Jagdevpur, part of the RRR interchange network, is one of the key areas to watch. Authorities state that substantial infrastructure will be developed around the interchange near Jagdevpur. Already, areas from Bhongir to Gajwel have seen development, and with the RRR and the new massive junction near Jagdevpur, this region is expected to see even greater growth.

The marking for the Regional Ring Road near Jagdevpur has already been done, and the land acquisition process is nearly complete. Real estate experts believe that the areas surrounding Jagdevpur will undergo rapid transformation in the near future. Following the marking for the RRR, real estate activity has picked up in the nearby areas. Until recently, land prices along the highway between Bhongir and Gajwel were around 1 crore to 1.2 crore rupees per acre. However, with the upcoming RRR junction, land prices in the area have now risen to 1.4 crore to 1.6 crore rupees per acre. Prices in areas located 2 to 5 kilometers away from the road range from 80 lakh to 1 crore rupees per acre.

Real estate ventures have already emerged in areas near Jagdevpur, including Rustapur, Turkpalli, Vasalamari, and Erravalli. With the RRR interchange coming up, real estate companies are preparing for large-scale ventures. In Vasalamari, in the DCP layout, real estate prices range from 12,000 to 24,000 rupees per square yard, depending on the area. In the surrounding areas near Jagdevpur, land prices range from 14,000 to 28,000 rupees per square yard. Additionally, large open plot ventures are already available in Erravalli, with prices ranging from 14,000 to 24,000 rupees per square yard. In Damrakunta, land in the DCP layouts is priced between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000 per square yard.
