Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy’s Raghava company is reportedly launching a new skyscraper called CINQ, which will be 61 stories high, in the financial district of Hyderabad. This project, which will be officially launched next month, is being built on about 7.19 acres. All the five towers will have four-bedroom flats. Each flat will be built in 3600 square feet in size. It is reported that this CINQ project will be developed as a walk-to-work concept. Details related to this construction are doing the rounds on social media. So far, a 59-storey structure is being built by Bangalore-based Candeur. They are building it under the name Candeur Skyline. Recently, Raghava company has started a 61-storey skyscraper, in terms of floors.. this is the tallest skyscraper in Hyderabad. And, in the current situation where permission is not being granted for new skyscrapers in the city.. it is remarkable that permission has been obtained for this 61-storey skyscraper.
