International Real Estate Conference in Hyderabad
  • IREC-2026 Conference in September
  • To be jointly organised by NAR-India along with HAR (Hyderabad Association of Realtors)

Our city of Hyderabad is set to host a prestigious international event related to the real estate sector. The 7th edition of the International Real Estate Conference (IREC) 2026 will be held in Hyderabad. The National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), in collaboration with the Hyderabad Realtors Association (HAR), is organising this prestigious conference in September. The IREC conference is held once every two years under the aegis of the US-based National Association of Realtors (NAR). Real estate leaders, investors, developers, and academicians from around the world participate in this event.

Since its inception in Asia in 2015, the conference has been held in cities such as Manila, Bangkok, Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo, and recently Kuala Lumpur in 2024. With this background, NAR-India President Amit Chopra and Global Affairs Sub-Committee Chairman and Vice Chairman Tarun Bhatia worked hard to bring the conference to India. At the Kuala Lumpur conference, the Indian delegation presented a strong case. The session titled “India: Overview & Opportunities” generated immense interest among global investors.

Additionally, NAR-India Chairman Sumanth Reddy, Tarun Bhatia, and others led discussions on global investment trends and technological innovations. This event resulted in increased international realtor memberships and multiple new collaborations. Consequently, the path was cleared to host the 2026 IREC in Hyderabad.

As part of the conference, there will be programs showcasing smart city innovations, state-of-the-art infrastructure projects, investor roundtables linking global capital with Indian opportunities, forums on PropTech, ESG, and cross-border real estate, along with on-ground experiences through site visits to landmark projects in Hyderabad.

The event is expected to attract over 600 international delegates, including C-suite executives, government officials, institutional investors, and global media. Speaking on the occasion, NAR-India Chairman Sumanth Reddy said, “Hosting IREC 2026 is not just a victory for NAR-India, but a national pride. It will strengthen India’s position as a prime investment destination. We are confident Hyderabad will provide an unforgettable global experience.”
