International company enters into city’s realty market

Did an international construction company, which built the tallest skyscrapers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, entered into Hyderabad’s realty market? Is the company planning to undertake high-rise structures that touch the clouds? What are the credentials of the company? Where in the city is this skyscraper being built and with how many floors?

Due to the uniqueness of Hyderabad city and the infrastructure developed by the State government, multi-national IT companies are chosing the city to expand their operations. Many construction companies too have been building skyscrapers for the past few years. Keeping this in mind, a company which is known for constructing skyscrapers in West Asian countries has entered the realty market of Hyderabad. It would be surprising to know about the uniqueness of this company.

* Founded in 1967 in Lebanon, the company had first constructed the American Life Insurance Building in Beirut. It later built the Hamadan Center in Abu Dhabi, the Intercontinental Hotel in the UAE, the Amir of Qatar Palace in Doha, the Silver Tower in Abu Dhabi, the Liva Center, the Reit Tower and the Etisalat Offices in Sharjah, and the Abu Dhabi Trade Center, to name a few. It had earned a name for itself in construction of the skyscrapers. The Rose Rotana, a 333-meter structure, was completed in Dubai in 2008. The Sun and Sky Towers in Abu Dhabi, the Sun and Sky Towers in Dubai, the Sky View, the Almas Tower, and the World Trade Center in Abu Dhabi among others. As far as residential towers are concerned, the company holds the track record of building skyscrapers such as Gate Towers in Abu Dhabi, Elite Tower in Dubai, Jacob Tower, Fountain Views and Platinum Tower in Beirut. The company is currently building projects like Lodha Towers in Mumbai, their World One in Mumbai and Spira in Delhi.

Why East Hyderabad?

The East Hyderabad is the second most developed region after West Hyderabad. Already IT companies like Infosys are operating in Pocharam. It is easily accessible from the Uppal Metro Station. Moreover, the Outer Ring Road also connects East Hyderabad with West Hyderabad. Keeping these facilities in mind, the company is planning to build a G + 31 storey skyscraper next to the Uppal Metro Station. This is the first skyscraper in the area, with two towers being built in about two acres area. Each tower is built as an G + 31 floor structure with a total 300 flats.
