Many developers are building these projects, especially in the vicinity of Madhapur, Gachibowli and the Financial District in West Hyderabad, with an aim to cater to demand for luxury flats. It has come as a shot in the arm for builders that home buyers are not hesitating to shell out huge amounts to own these flats. Post-Covid, Hyderabad’s realty sector recovered quickly that other cities in the country and the huge footfalls at the recent Hyderabad Property Show organised by CREDAI is the best example. Here is a glimpse into some high-rise constructions coming up in different parts of Hyderabad, attracting the attention of the prospective buyers.
1. Cyber City Oriana

Cyber City Developers, which has built over 4,000 flats on the IDL road earlier, has launched a project called Cyber City Oriana next to it. The company is building 582 flats on nearly seven acres. The project is a G+27 storey construction with approval from RERA. All the units in the project are in two and three-bedroom flats which are expected to be handed over by December 2025.
2. Sreemukh Namitha 360 Life
Location: Izzat Nagar near Kondapur
Number of flats in area: 288 units in 3 acres
Height: 30 floors
Flat size: 2427- 4850 sq.ft.
Possession: May 2025
Sreemukh Namitha has launched the 360 Life project in Izzat Nagar near Kondapur. The company is planning to build a vertical forest of 30 feet high. The project, which is a mix of world-class architecture and thought-provoking designs, is said to be one of Hyderabad’s unique and innovative living space. There are about 288 flats in this 30-storey single tower. The project, which is being built within walking distance from Hitex, is already getting good response from buyers.
3) Jayabheri The Summit

Jayabheri Group which has become synonymous with quality constructions in Hyderabad, has built a 30-storey skyscraper called The Summit in Narsingi. Comprising about 450 flats, the project has flat price starting from Rs 1.66 crore. The welcoming reception area, sparkling lobbies, high speed lifts and double height balconies make it look like a five star hotel. The main attraction is the four-storey clubhouse spread over 45,000 sq.ft. The project already received an IGBC Gold Certificate.
4) Hallmark Treasor

Height: 29 floors
Flat sizes: 1,695 – 5,080 sq.ft
Possession: November 2024
Hallmark Treasor being developed by Hallmark Builders Group has already received approval from RERA. for construction of 526 flats on around 4.62 acres. The 29-storey building will have flat sizes commencing from 1,695 sq.ft and upto maximum size of 5,080 sq.feet. Construction is yet to begin and the company is reportedly preparing to hand over the project in November 2024.
5) Indis Viva City
Location: Kondapur
Number of flats, Area: 1,000 units 8.15 acres
Height: G + 22 floors
Flat Sizes: 1475- 2595 sq.ft.
Possession: 2025 November
Indis Group has secured a special place in the construction industry of Hyderabad, with its remarkable projects. The company started PBEL City almost a decade ago, followed by VB City in Bollaram and One City in Madhapur. Recently, it has launched Viva City in Kondapur. The G+22 storeyed building has about 1,000 flats. The project, which is being built in close proximity to Chirec International School, will have about four towers and the flats will be handed over to buyers by June 2023.
