Hyderabad Realty Robust Demand In Pandemic

RealEstateGuru, Hyderabad: The real estate sector has seen a robust demand in Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana state, despite the challenges faced due to pandemic, told by D. Murali Krishna Reddy, President, CREDAI Telangana. Speaking with Real Estate Guru on Thursday morning at Park Hayath he said that Telangana is booming because of structured development initiatives and a comprehensive industrial policy introduced by the government under the leadership of Hon’ble Shri K, Chandrashekhar Rao. Excerpts of his interview in his own words..

”The growth will continue with the same trajectory as the government has planned the next phase of development attracting different industries to different districts. We at CREDAI Telangana will be facilitating the growth by streamlining of the real estate sector in the districts and ensure developers abide by the processes introduced by RERA, and other policies introduced by the state government. We also appreciate the state leadership for introducing innovative platforms like TS-bPASS (single-window approval platform for the real estate sector) and encourage registrations through the DHARINI portal, which maps the agricultural and non-agricultural land parcels accurately. We completely support such
path-breaking initiatives by the government; however, we request the Government to introduce these platforms in a phased manner. While the new platforms are being tested, to iron out issues, the old systems should be allowed to continue, so that the business transactions do not suffer. We will always work with the government to help with the real-time testing & speedy implementation of the new tools. We will also organize workshops to help member developers across the state to understand and benefit from the new tools being introduced, for the betterment of the industry.”

Adding to this K. Indrasena Reddy, Secretary, CREDAI Telangana added, ” Telangana State is now attracting investments through various industries like Textiles, Auto- ancillaries, Pharma & Health Care, IT, ITES, Aviation, Food Processing, etc. in the designated corridors across the state. The state government has started work on the ‘One District, One Product’ scheme, which aims to identify and promote products that have the high market potential for both export promotion and import substitution, ensuring the development of industrial zones, benefitting the districts, bringing the development of infrastructure and industries, healthcare and creating employment. This has resulted in the demand for real estate across the state. CREDAI Telangana has a focus on helping the district chapters expand members and provide them access to new technologies, skill development of manpower, and ensuring adherence to the guidelines of RERA, ensuring an ethical and healthy
real estate sector across the state.
