- Pre-bid meetings stir up lot of buyer interest
Reg News, Hyderabad: The three pre-bid meetings convened by the HMDA in connection with the auction of the government sites held at Tourism Plaza in Begumpet and GITAM College evoked good response from bidders. The officials placed before the bidders’ information about 13 plots in Rangareddy district, 17 in Sangareddy and 8 in Medchal-Malkajgiri districts. The HMDA is gearing up itself to bid 13 plots in Rangareddy district. The land parcels located in Ameenpur, Isnapur and Ramachandrapuram evoked a lot of interest from prospective bidders.
The buyer interest is triggered due to the land parcels are located very close to the ORR. The HMDA is making arrangements to conduct bidding of eight plots at Korremula near Ghatkesar, Moosapet near Kukatpally, Bowrampet near Gandi Maisamma, Suraram near Qutubullahpur.
Over 400 enthusiastic bidders took part in the three pre-bed meetings. Several realtors, realty channel partners, businessmen took part in the exercise bubbling with enthusiasm. The HMDA officials, revenue authorities patiently replied to the queries of the prospective bidders. HMDA secretary P Chandraiah, HMDA Estate Officer (EO) Gangadhar, HMDA special grade deputy collector’s K Chandrareddy and Srinivas, HMDA Chief Planning Officer Gangadhar, several Tahsildars, surveyors and others were present at the meeting.
