G Square Group Chairman Bala Ramajeyam stated that the cash component is higher in Hyderabad’s real estate sector. Speaking exclusively with Real Estate Guru Editor King Johnson Koyyada during the launch event of the G Square Seven Hills project held in Coimbatore, he expressed that there is a huge difference between the market value of land and the selling price in Hyderabad, which makes doing business there difficult.

He said that the first phase involves developing 406 acres, which includes 3,127 RERA-approved plots. For the remaining 308 acres, they are looking for joint ventures to develop villas and apartments. He also mentioned that they are specially constructing signature villas, and that the famous cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni is acting as their brand ambassador.
