The Beams and Columns Company has undertaken a high-rise project in Kompally near Hyderabad. It is going to build 170 flats distributed among 17 floors. Similarly, it is implementing another project to build four blocks of apartments on a sprawling area of 3.2 acres.
The target is to build 360 2bhk and 3bhk flats with plinth areas varying between 1250 sq ft and 1850 sft. A club house with all the amenities is also being constructed. The apartment complex was designed significantly to ensure a distance of 10 feet between any two flats. The project would have no common walls. Works are going on in such a way to give possession of the flats to clients by June 2023.
