So, when the Real Estate Guru inquired for which company he has done an ad film, it is understood that he has done an ad film for a company called Fortune View Private Limited. And, leaving aside whether the cheque bounced for this same ad film that he did or not, a man named Kota Vijay Babu of this company has a history of defrauding buyers in the name of Fortune 99 Homes in the past.
This Vijay Babu joined hands with a person named Rosireddy Maddireddy three to four years ago and started a company named Fortune 99 Homes. He launched plots in the prelaunch. However, the venture itself didn’t start, you can imagine how big their fraud is. There are affected people in that. They also faced action by the Banjara Hills police station. A notice was issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in that case too. After that, if he had responded to the notice or not, RERA should know. Later, he joined hands with another company named Lavoro Group, but no one knows what happened to that company.
The same Vijay Babu, resigned with much confusion, changed his avatar a bit, left South Hyderabad and went to Mumbai Road and started a new scam. He initiated a new drama in a village called Terpol, starting plots at Sai Datta Farm Ville. They acquired plots at Dharani Hills in 135 acres in Sadasivapeta. He is publicizing it by saying that the rate is low. However, from past experiences, it’s good for people to stay away from these two ventures. If RERA approval is obtained, if the price seems the same, then you can buy it happily. Otherwise, there is danger of being deceived. Therefore, be aware and alert.
