It is being heard that former HMDA director Arvind Kumar, IAS, is behind some of Balakrishna’s scams. Balakrishna, who was arrested in a case of illegal assets, spent 8 days in ACB custody and was interrogated. He revealed some important information, and it was mentioned in his confession report. It has been revealed that IAS Arvind Kumar, with the help of Balakrishna, took permission for the construction he wanted. It has been revealed that payments have been made in cash several times. Regarding disputed land in Narsingi, Balakrishna cleared 12 acres of land on the orders of Arvind Kumar. Balakrishna stated that Arvind Kumar had demanded Rs. 10 crore for permission for a project in Narsingi. He revealed that he had demanded Rs. 1 crore for the permission of another building in Maheswaram. The ACB officials seized the phone of Shivabalakrishna. The details of the chats and call records with the IAS officer are being taken out. He stated that he cleared the filing by IAS Arvind Kumar. Based on the confession report given by Balakrishna in custody, it is reported that the ACB will interrogate IAS Arvind Kumar.
