Hyderabad Metropolitan Region is formed

Has the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation disappeared from the map? No.. No.. Did it disappear on purpose? The common man is wondering. Because, along with core Hyderabad, the government has recently taken a decision to separate key areas of GHMC such as Ameerpet, Khairatabad, Charminar, Somajiguda, Nampally, Musheerabad, Secunderabad, Kukatpally, Miyapur.. and bring all of them under the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. In this order, the government has declared 1355 revenue villages in 104 mandals of eleven districts as Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. MAUD Principal Secretary Dana Kishore released the GO on Wednesday. With this, the area of Hyderabad Metropolitan Region has increased to approximately 10,472 square kilometers. The government has formed the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region with areas in districts like Sangareddy, Siddipet, Vikarabad, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Nalgonda, Nagar Kurnool, Medchal Malkajgiri, Medak, and Mahabubnagar, along with the old Hyderabad and GHMC limits. The limits have been expanded, okay.. And how will such a large area be managed.. What plans has the government made for this?

111 GO areas in New city limits!
What the Telangana government has done wisely is to bring some villages that fall under the Triple One GO boundary into the newly formed Hyderabad Metropolitan City. For example, Bakaram, Kethireddypalli, Aziznagar, Chilukuru, Kanakamamidi, which fall under Moinabad, and Choudhariguda and Gandhiguda, which fall under Shamshabad, have been brought into the new boundary. And, in the areas that fall under the 111 GO boundary, will they allow new house construction? Or will they continue with the existing ban? It remains to be seen.
