The Hyderabad-based Giridhari Developers is tightening its belt to leave its imprint on the realty sector. Currently, it embarked on a Rs 155-crore Happiness Hub project @ Kismatpur. The project, which was launched last week, is evoking a good response from buyers. The developer is jubilant over the overwhelming response it received from buyers. Talking to Real Estate Guru, Managing director of Giridhari Homes said that Giridhari Homes has plans to launch Rs 1500-crore projects in Hyderabad in a year. It has plans to develop flats with a total plinth area of 3 million square feet.
